Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance throughout facility
- Train new associates on warehouse equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
- Maintain equipment logs and coordinate preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and forlift certification
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
