Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and warmly greet all visitors and clients.
- Assist with daily store operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and team goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills are a plus.
