Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with sales transactions, processing payments accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer's shopping journey.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
