Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
