Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and remote customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues appropriately
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Valid Kansas driver's license for occasional inventory runs
