Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Answer product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Perform general store upkeep and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
