Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department promptly.

Qualifications
