Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Organize the sales floor and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Stock inventory and replenish displays as needed to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Proficiency with computer systems and POS equipment.
