What You Will Do:
As a key member of our retail team, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Your role will involve assisting with inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining our high standards of store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and store policies with confidence.
- Assist in organizing merchandise displays and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with technology and basic computer navigation is a plus.
