Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store visual standards.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure the cash drawer balances at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
