Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies with high attention to detail.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback constructively to resolve issues effectively.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and cash registers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
