Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services.Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.Assist with inventory checks and stocking shelves as needed.Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Basic math skills for cash handling.Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
