Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide superior service to ensure satisfaction.
- Inquiries: Answer questions regarding products, services, and company policies accurately and professionally.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment for all visitors.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high retention rates.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
