Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and care.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and smartphone usage.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
