Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in person or via phone/email.
- Answer product questions and provide detailed information about our services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor environment.
