- Process transactions using our state-of-the-art POS system with 99.8% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathetic problem-solving
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product inventory
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and promotional events
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and performance feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
