- Provide personalized assistance to 50+ customers daily across multiple product categories
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain premium store presentation
- Contribute to inventory management processes and stock rotation
- Participate in bi-weekly product knowledge training sessions
- Support loss prevention protocols and store safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Proficient with basic computer systems and mobile payment platforms
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings and afternoons
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
