- Process transactions accurately with POS systems
- Resolve inquiries using our 5-star resolution protocol

- Collaborate with team during peak shopping hours
- Contribute to inventory management processes
- Maintain pristine store appearance standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with POS systems (training provided)
- Strong communication in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
