Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and problem-solving
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with stockroom organization and receiving merchandise shipments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
