Responsibilities
- Provide in-person assistance to customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain organized cash handling
- Restock merchandise and ensure store presentation meets brand standards
- Resolve customer concerns promptly with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
