Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and issue resolution
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets
- Operate POS systems and maintain organized stockroom inventory
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
- Uphold company safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled welcome)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
