Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service with a positive attitude
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory availability
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store appearance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Participate in inventory counts and merchandising activities

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the US
