Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions and training to help clients effectively utilize our platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively identify risks to prevent churn.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive product improvements and feature requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support within the SaaS industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Boston, Massachusetts.
