Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to drive local engagement.
- Conduct local SEO research and keyword analysis to improve our search rankings.
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts and email newsletters.
- Monitor website traffic and analytics using Google Analytics.
- Assist in coordinating local community events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and basic web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to commute to our Philadelphia office 2-3 days per week.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
