Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and assist in maintaining a secure IT environment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
