Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac platforms.
- Assist with network connectivity problems and printer setups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT ticket logs in our CRM system.
- Install and configure new peripherals and applications.
- Perform regular system backups and security patching.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.
