- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Answer product inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Manage inventory and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
