Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and store operational goals.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers warmly.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and stocking merchandise.Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
