Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including the break room and restrooms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
