Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers in our youth-focused retail space
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized store areas and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in seasonal promotions and youth community events
Qualifications
- Must be between 14-18 years old and legally eligible to work in Kansas
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to work weekends and weekday evenings (15-20 hours/week)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
