Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Maintain store appearance through visual merchandising and inventory management
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in product demonstrations and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with legal work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
