Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling returns efficiently.
- Organize and merchandise the sales floor to maintain a clean, appealing, and organized store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Answer phone inquiries and handle customer service inquiries via email or in-store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
