Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Assist in inventory management and loss prevention efforts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland, CA location.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
