Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Assist in visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining store aesthetics
- Support inventory management through stock counts, receiving shipments, and organizing backroom areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols throughout the sales floor
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current on new arrivals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to Miami location
- Must be 18+ years old with authorization to work in the US
