Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product recommendations and sales support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Visual merchandising: create eye-catching displays that align with seasonal campaigns
- Inventory management: stock shelves, conduct cycle counts, and alert supervisors to discrepancies
- Team collaboration: assist in training new hires and supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and store presentation excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional off-site errands)
