Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations
- Operate POS systems to process transactions efficiently
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with stockroom organization and restocking
- Participate in team meetings and sales goal initiatives
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
- Support opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
