Responsibilities
- Delight customers with exceptional service and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity
- Visual merchandising and inventory management support
- Assist in store operations including restocking and cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to Chicago location
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends
