Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in visual merchandising to create engaging shopping experiences
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
