Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, sizing assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Execute visual merchandising tasks including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized stockrooms
- Participate in seasonal promotions, sales events, and inventory counts
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hours/week)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our downtown LA location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
