Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with product selection, and answering questions.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and orderly sales floor.
- Assist with inventory control, including receiving, counting, and documenting merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies to create a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
