Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain visually appealing store layouts
- Assist with visual merchandising to highlight seasonal promotions and new arrivals
- Support team operations through collaborative floor coverage and task delegation
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
- Reliable transportation to our Boardwalk Blvd location
