Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile payments
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Conduct inventory counts and participate in stock rotation procedures
- Assist with store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring store activities
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
