Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information to facilitate purchasing decisions.
- Organize store merchandise, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and maintain store operations.
- Handle cash handling tasks with strict attention to accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
