- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to retain loyalty.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
