Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and helping them find the products they need to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by ensuring products are organized, clean, and properly displayed according to company standards.
- Point of Sale: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and identifying out-of-stock items to keep the store fully stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management and team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Merchandising: Help with seasonal setups, promotional displays, and keeping the sales floor tidy and organized.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment or academic settings.
