Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about inventory and promotions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by following all safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
