- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Perform basic store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor.
- Assist with special events and seasonal promotions as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS equipment is a plus.
