Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and managing returns.
- Organize and merchandise product displays to maintain an attractive store appearance.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and mobile devices.
