Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales transactions and returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including organizing stockrooms and conducting regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and promotional targets.
- Handle cash and card transactions with 100% accuracy and adhere to all cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology and POS systems.
- A valid ID and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
