Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with product inquiries, selections, and purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and handle cash/returns
- Merchandise and organize displays to maintain store standards and visual appeal
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving shipments
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout the store
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
